Shipping & Delivery

Masi Carbon ships worldwide. This page explains delivery times, shipping costs and how your order is tracked.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–10 days once the parcel has been dispatched. The exact timing depends on the destination country and customs processing.

Shafts and cues are made to order — you specify the weight (105–160 g), length and tip type. Production time is additional to the delivery time above and is confirmed with you when your order is placed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping within Türkiye is free of charge on every order — all products, with no minimum order value.

For international orders, shipping is quoted individually. Once your product selection is complete, we request a quote from our carrier and confirm the cost with you before the order ships. The amount depends on the parcel's weight and dimensions, the destination country and the service level chosen.

You are never charged a shipping cost you have not seen and approved.

Customs and Import Duties

Shipments are sent from Türkiye. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees that may apply in the destination country are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number is shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow the shipment through the carrier's own tracking system.

Packaging

Every cue and shaft is shipped in protective packaging designed for carbon components. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us at [email protected].

South Korea

Customers in South Korea can also purchase through our authorized distributor, Gorina Korea, with local delivery and support.
