Are cues custom-made?

Yes. Every Masi Carbon cue is built to order with weight between 18-21 oz (510-595 g), length 57-58 inches, shaft diameter 11.8-12.2 mm and the grip pattern of your choice. A configuration form is completed before each order.

What is the warranty?

All Masi Carbon cues and shafts come with an unlimited warranty against manufacturing defects. Each product carries a unique certificate serial which you can verify on our certification page at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for a carbon fiber cue?

Carbon fiber cues are unaffected by humidity or temperature changes, unlike traditional wooden cues. Wipe with a soft damp cloth, store in a case after each use and maintain a quality leather tip such as Kamui or Gorina M. Oils and waxes are not required.

What is the difference between carbon shaft, carbon saft and carbon şaft?

No difference — all three describe the same product. Carbon shaft is the English original, while carbon saft and carbon şaft are Turkish phonetic and official spellings respectively. All refer to billiard cue shafts manufactured from carbon fiber composite material. Masi Carbon is Türkiye's premium domestic carbon shaft manufacturer.

How much does a carbon shaft cost?

How do I select carbon shaft tip diameter?

11.75mm is most popular for pool (balance of control/power), 11mm for pro pool. 12.0-12.5mm ideal for 3-cushion carom. 12.5-13mm traditional for snooker. Masi Carbon Warrior Shaft series offers 11.75mm, 12.0mm and 12.5mm as standard; 11mm available on custom orders.

Which joint type is compatible with carbon shaft?

Most common joint types are 3/8x10 (3/8" 10-thread) and Radial pin. Masi Carbon Warrior Shaft series is produced in both joint configurations; specify compatibility with your existing cue butt on the pre-order configuration form. Uni-Loc and other joint types available on custom orders.
